In Damgan, in a quiet and pleasant private residence, this charming 55 m² holiday home comfortably welcomes up to 4 guests. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine…), perfect for making the most of your stay. The living room opens onto a bright veranda, creating a welcoming space to relax in any season. A TV is also available. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Outside, enjoy your own private garden and a barbecue for al fresco meals. This is a non-smoking house. The residence offers several amenities: a shared outdoor pool with a children’s area—ideal for cooling off in summer—as well as sports facilities, including a tennis court within walking distance. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. The location is a real highlight: the beach is just 200 meters away, and shops are a 5–10 minute walk (about 500 meters), so you can do everything without a car. A parking space is available on site. Self check-in allows you to access the property easily and flexibly. Please note that events are not permitted at the property.
